“Towels and Bedsheets were dirty and stained.”

Although replaced, dirty marks were still visible on the bedsheets. We were told that they were "persistent stains" that wouldn't come out. I don't think that this is a reasonable response. Stains were brown marks on white towels, marks that looked like old mould stains on white sheets and dirty pillowcases. For this reason we wouldn't be comfortable going back or recommending to friends or family. A lot of money was spent to stay at this property for our family's short break so we were very ...

We are very sorry you were dissatisfied with the linen provided and thank you for getting in touch with the house keeper so they could change the offending bedding and towels. The items had been fully laundered but the rust staining had not been spotted by the housekeeper at change over. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your visit to Suffolk. Property Owner
