Over our busy calendar of events and shows we like to put together special offers and competitions.  These are for visitors to our stand and those interested in holiday letting in Suffolk.

Here you will find all the terms and conditions of our offers and competitions that are taking place during 2023…

£250 cashback when you join Best of Suffolk  

Book a property visit at a Best of Suffolk event and receive £250 cashback when you join.  Book your property visit and sign up to let with Best of Suffolk, you will receive £250 when your property goes live.

Terms and Conditions 

1. This scheme is promoted by Best of Suffolk/Sykes Cottages Ltd, Registration No. 4469189 and whose registered office is at One City Place, Chester, CH1 3BQ, United Kingdom (The “Promoter“). 
2. To qualify for the offer, you must book a property visit at the event (including The Suffolk Show 31/05/2023 & 01/06/2023, The Norfolk Show 2023 (28/06/2023 & 29/06/2023), Bubbles by the Beach Hut (16/06/2023), Tea in the Teepee (27/07/2023), Heveningham Country Fair (08/07/2023 & 09/07/2023), The Henham Steam Rally (16/09/2023 & 17/09/2023). 
3. The property visit must take place within 4 weeks of the event date.
4. Eligible property owners will be able to redeem £250 cashback per eligible property.  
5. Please note, cashback will only be payable once the new owner accepts their first booking. The cashback will be transferred to your nominated bank account after your first booking has been secured, in your first monthly payment. 
6. This offer is not valid if the property has previously been listed with Sykes Holiday Cottages Ltd or Best of Suffolk Ltd at any point in the last 12 months. 
7. The Promoter reserves the right to reject properties that it deems are not suitable for our portfolio or holiday letting. 
8. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 
9.  In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the incentive, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion. 
10. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers.

Prize Draw Competition

Enter your details onto one of our competition entry cards to win our luxury Suffolk goodie bag.

Terms and Conditions

1. Entry cards must be completed in full, with name, email address and phone number.
2. Entrants must be over the age of 18 due to the alcohol contents of the goodie bag.
3. Contents of the bag will vary according to availability of product, but will contain a Best of Suffolk notepad, pen, pair of socks and tin of sweets. There will also be a bottle of Adnams fizz, and local produce including crisps, coffee and nuts or the like.
4. One winner will be picked by random selection after the event and contacted to secure their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of contact, another winner will be drawn.
5. No cash alternative will be offered instead of the prize.

Colouring Competition

Children under the age of 12 can enter our colouring competition for the chance to win a prize of a seagull cuddly toy and some sweets.

Terms and conditions

1. Enter the competition by colouring in a ‘Many Faces of Morris’ colouring in sheet.
2. Entrants must be under the age of 12.
3. Entry details must be completed on the back of the colouring sheet, including name, email address and phone number.
4. Please confirm marketing choices on the form as to whether the picture, the childs name and age can be shared on our social channels.
5. One winner will be drawn by a panel of judges and their parent/guardian will be contacted within 14 days of the event. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of contact, another winner will be drawn.
6. No cash alternative will be offered instead of the prize.

Dog Selfie Competition

Take a photo of your dog(s) in our selfie frame and take home a Best of Suffolk dog bandana. Tag us on social media and win a £25 Pets at Home voucher.

Terms and Conditions

1. Enter the competition by taking a photo of your dog(s) behind the Best of Suffolk selfie frame, wearing a Best of Suffolk Bandana.
2. Follow @bestofsuffolk on Instagram
3. Post the photo of your Best of Suffolk dog selfie to your Instagram account as a story and tag in @bestofsuffolk
4. A winner will be selected at random at the end of the show and contacted via Instagram within 14 days of the event. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of contact, another winner will be drawn.
5. The prize is a £25 Pets at Home Voucher.
6. No cash alternative will be offered instead of the prize.
