This semi-detached self-catering accommodation is equally well suited for guests with a mobility challenge as well as fully mobile guests, thanks to smooth slate tiled floors throughout and wider doors. The kitchen/breakfast room sits in the centre with the living room to the right and bedroom, dressing room and bathroom to the left. Double doors open from the bedroom onto a central courtyard, only accessible when you book the neighbouring property as well or if it’s unoccupied.

This charming self-catering Suffolk country holiday accommodation is deep in the Suffolk countryside in the quiet rural village of Worlingworth, situated between the market towns of Framlingham, Eye and Debenham all approximately 7 miles away.
Yew Tree Farm Stable is equidistant and only four miles each from Earl Soham, renowned for its micro brewery at The Victoria, and in Stradbroke the Ivy House, where you can enjoy superb local beers. At Occold there is the Beaconsfield Arms, which also serves good food.
Slightly further afield is the market town of Framlingham with some lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurants, including The Lemon Tree and gastro pub, the Station.
The picturesque coastal village of Dunwich and Minsmere Nature Reserve are approximately half an hour drive away, with popular coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold a little further – well worth a visit!

Yew Tree Farm Stable is single storey with a ramp to the deck and 'front' door and wider than average doors throughout, so accessible for guests with limited mobility, however please note that the shower is over the bath.
Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences. Yew Tree Farm Stable is semi-detatched to Yew Tree Farm Barn, a beautiful barn conversion sleeping six guests which can be booked in conjunction with the Stable. There are double doors from the stable bedroom to a central courtyard which you can enjoy if the adjacent barn isn’t available, or if you book the two properties together.
