Yew Tree Farm Barn
This stylishly renovated self-catering Suffolk country holiday accommodation is equipped with under floor heating. Appliances include a flat screen TV with FreeView channels, voice-controlled music system, DVD/CD player and iPod docking station, WiFi broadband, induction hob and twin oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and a microwave. The original threshing floor has been lovingly restored and is a real feature of the kitchen area. All other downstairs flooring is slate. The stairs and mezzanine are oak and the master bedroom is carpeted. A gas BBQ is also included.
The downstairs living area and double bedroom are wheelchair friendly.

This self-catering holiday cottage is equipped with central heating and appliances include a Smart TV, WiFi, voice-controlled music system, DVD player and iPod docking station. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric double oven and separate grill, four ring ceramic hob, extractor, under counter fridge, freestanding microwave, Nespresso machine (six pods will be provided to get you started), kettle and toaster.
This charming self-catering Suffolk country holiday accommodation is deep in the Suffolk countryside in the quiet rural village of Worlingworth, situated between the market towns of Framlingham, Eye and Debenham all approximately 7 miles away.
Yew Tree Farm Barn and Stable is equidistant and only four miles each from Earl Soham, renowned for its micro brewery at The Victoria, and in Stradbroke the Ivy House, where you can enjoy superb local beers. At Occold there is the Beaconsfield Arms, which also serves good food.
Slightly further afield is the market town of Framlingham with some lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurants, including The Lemon Tree and gastro pub, the Station.
The picturesque coastal village of Dunwich and Minsmere Nature Reserve are approximately half an hour drive away, with popular coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold a little further – well worth a visit!
A well-behaved dog is welcome. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.

Yew Tree Farm Stable is single storey with a ramp to the deck and 'front' door and wider than average doors throughout, so accessible for guests with limited mobility, however please note that the shower is over the bath.
Items are not to be moved between the two properties under any circumstances, if belongings are found at the incorrect property on departure there may be a charge deducted from the security deposit.
Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
