“Couldn’t get in the property Saturday morning ( storm stopped us getting there Friday).”

Over an hour and several phone calls later the agency directed me to another key box at the back of house. None of the keys would open doors only back door. Maintenance came out, front key box he eventually opened with a screwdriver. Side door he couldn’t open at all with keys. Front door he eventually opened by pushing all his weight behind it, something we all had to do all weekend.

Hello, the doors are new and were a bit stiff however they have now been adjusted and open and close very easily. We are also arranging a bigger key safe for the next guests. We are glad that you found the property clean and comfortable and hope you enjoyed your stay in Orford. Property Owner
