    Fantastic location in Southwold...quiet but not far away from all local amenities. Perfect position for the Pier. Would definitely go back to Southwold and would stay in this apartment again.

The property

Access to the self-catering Southwold holiday let is through a shared hallway and staircase to the first floor. A second flight of stairs rises exclusively to the front door opening into the inner hall of the Southwold Loft with room to leave coats and footwear before going through a door to the living area ahead of you or the bedroom to the left. The majority of the accommodation is carpeted with the exception of the kitchen which has a wooden floor and the bathroom with a classy wood effect floor. Living/Dining Room Enter into the bright and spacious open-plan living area, with two sofas and coffee table giving plenty of space to sit and relax; with a stylish real flame affect fire for extra comfort. There's WiFi, a flat screen TV with Freeview, Blu-ray player, DAB radio and iPod docking station and a shelf full of books and board games for your entertainment; also a desk should you need to get some work done! The dining area seats four and enjoys plenty of natural light and views over Pier Avenue to the rooftops towards the lighthouse, church and town. Bedroom A king-size bed takes with bedside tables takes pride of place in this large bedroom with ample storage in the walk-in wardrobe with hanging space, shelves and baskets for those necesities! A dressing table with stool and mirror has additional drawer space. The window seat has fantastic views across open countryside towards Reydon, the perfect spot to enjoy a book or, if you prefer, there's a wall mounted TV with Freeview and Breville coffee/tea making machine so you never have to leave! Bathroom Wonderfully light and airy thanks to a skylight and window, this luxuriously-appointed bathroom has a P shaped bath with adjustable shower over, W.C., hand basin, bidet, heated towel rail and the added luxury of under-floor heating. Kitchen Sun streams into this modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need with Bosch appliances including a electric oven and separate grill, four ring gas hob with extractor, five-shelf fridge with 2.5 drawer freezer beneath, built-in slim-line dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside At the pier end of prestigious Pier Avenue, there's ample parking available on the street in-front of the apartment with no restrictions, and the house is set back from the road with a patio with Southwold Loft perched on the top floor.

SOUTHWOLD

Lowestoft 13.4 miles; Ipswich 35.1 miles

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
