On road parking is usually available either immediately in front of the house on Crag Path or in nearby side streets. The beach is your playground, just a couple of strides away! There's also an amazing balcony running along the back, perched on the second floor with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy views of the marshes and sailing on the estuary.

This self-catering Aldeburgh holiday apartment on the seafront will be equipped with central heating, TV and Wifi. There's an integrated fridge/freezer with five shelves and a veg drawer in the fridge and two drawers in the freezer, a dishwasher, a Professional Rangemaster and a microwave in the kitchen; plus a washing machine and dryer in the utility room.
A travel cot and a high chair are available on request.
This wonderful maisonette is in one of the best locations on the Suffolk coast, literally on the promenade at the southern end of town, conveniently close to the Brudenell Hotel for breakfast and a couple of minutes walk to the town centre, where you'll find an excellent range of restaurants, pubs, takeaways, independent shops, galleries and one of the oldest cinema houses in the UK.
There is a wonderful walk from the front door, along the coast to Thorpeness, passing the iconic fish shacks, famous Scallop shell sculpture. Pretty walks from the doorstep take you to the Martello Tower, Aldeburgh Marshes and, further afield, along Sailors Path to Snape where Aldeburgh Music offers some culture, with Snape Maltings adjacent for a touch of retail therapy!
For the sporty, there are tennis courts; nine hole and 18 hole golf courses (rated as one of the top 100 in the UK) in Aldeburgh and, for those who enjoy birdwatching, boat trips are available on the River Alde and RSPB Minsmere is just a short drive or challenging walk away. There are also tennis courts and a golf course in Thorpeness and plenty of easy cycle routes around the county.

Whilst this isn't specifically a pet-friendly property the owners will consider allowing a dog to stay so please do speak to one of the team.
The owners are particularly proud of their Aldeburgh apartment and have invested a lot in both time and money to make it as comfortable as possible for yourselves and their own visits; please enjoy and respect it as you would your own home.
Please note that the ceiling is sloping in the master bedroom so there is restricted headroom on one side of the bed. All twin beds are 2'6", not the standard 3ft.
