Seal Cove at Southwold

Guests visiting this self-catering Southwold holiday accommodation will have an all-important parking space, from which they will access the contemporary apartment. There are two bedrooms on the first floor: a king with an en suite, a twin and a separate bathroom. On the second floor is a stunning open plan living/kitchen/dining space with access to the roof terrace with views over Tibby’s Green - all in all the best of Suffolk on every level.

Ground Floor
Guests arriving at Seal Cove will enter into a shared hallway and stairs to the first floor to the front door of Seal Cove.

First Floor
A central hallway leads to the bedrooms, family bathroom and stairs to the second floor.

Bedroom One
This light and airy room has a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and views over Tibby’s Green. There are matching bedside tables, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

En-Suite Shower Room
A tastefully decorated shower room with large shower and chrome rain shower head, hand basin, and W.C.

Bedroom Two
A twin room with two full-size single beds and views over Tibby’s Green. There are two matching bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chair and a window overlooking the driveway.

This luxury family bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower attachment, a hand basin, and W.C.

Second Floor
Stairs from the first-floor central hallway lead to the second-floor open plan living space.

Living/Kitche/Dining Room
This spacious, open plan, and beautifully furnished room has stunning large windows with views of the Tibby’s Green and glass doors to a roof terrace over the Tibby’s Triangle property development. The kitchen is along one wall with granite worktops, a Neff five-ring gas hob, integrated Neff electric oven, a built-in tall fridge-freezer, a Neff dishwasher, Neff washer-dryer, and a microwave. There is a table seating four and soft seating for four. There is a flat screen TV with FreeSat channels, a DVD player and a CD player with an iPod docking station.

There is a roof terrace with a table and chairs for four overlooking the tasteful Tibby’s Triangle property development. Parking is available for one car and further parking can be found on Southwold Common or on the street at the end of the development, where parking is free of charge.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

This modern self catering Southwold holiday accommodation is equipped with gas central heating. Appliances include a flat screen TV with FreeSat channels, a DVD player, and CD player with an iPod docking station, Neff five-ring gas hob, integrated Neff electric oven, a built-in tall fridge-freezer, a Neff dishwasher, Neff washer-dryer, and a microwave. There is wood flooring throughout.

A travel cot, high chair and a stair gate for the top of the second floor stairs are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.

The sandy beach at Southwold is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to Southwold Pier at one end and towards Southwold Harbour at the other end the town boasts several excellent pubs and restaurants as well as a range of independent shops and galleries.

There is a pretty walk through the harbour and over a footbridge to the picture-postcard village of Walberswick, home to two good pubs (The Anchor and The Bell) and a long sandy beach. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the harbour. Southwold is home to the Adnams Brewery and the town's excellent pubs include one of our personal favourites, The Lord Nelson where you can try a range of Adnams bitters.

Sorry, no pets, smoking or unaccompanied teenagers. Please note that, for safety reasons, BBQs are not allowed on the roof terrace.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
