The property

Rosedene is a simply stunning end-of-terrace family holiday home in the heart of the picturesque village of Rickinghall, just 7 miles from the market town of Diss. Comprising of a stylish kitchen, living room, dining room and cloakroom on the ground floor, three ample sized bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor. Rosedene benefits from a large wrap around garden, featuring a decked area, lawn and mature shrubbery. The property oozes style, carefully mixing period features, with beautiful bold colours. You can't help but instantly feel relaxed when you walk through the door. Ground Floor You are welcomed into a large entrance hall, with stylish tiled flooring, with doors leading off to the living room, dining room, cloakroom, kitchen and garden. Partially carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing. Living Room Located at the front of the property, with double window at the front, and large bay window with views out onto the side garden. This beautiful light and spacious room, with wooden flooring and high ceiling is an ideal space for all to enjoy. The room boasts a wood burning stove, perfect for those chillier days. There is ample seating provided, with a large three seater sofa and three separate arms chairs, these have been carefully positioned to make the most of the 50'' TV with 4K blu-ray player and wood burner. Dining Room Positioned at the rear of the property, with a handy serving hatch between the dining room and living room. A wonderful space to enjoy quality meal times together, with a large wooden table with four chairs and bench seat. Kitchen This stylish room is just waiting for you to cook up those culinary delights. The kitchen includes all of the modern appliances you need, these include a cuisine master oven with five ring hob, samsung 70/30 fridge-freezer (there are three drawers in the freezer section), slimline dishwasher, built in microwave, kettle, De'longhi Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and washer/dryer. There is also a trendy breakfast bar with two stools for more relaxed dining. Cloakroom Located at the rear of the property, with easy access from the garden. This room features a WC and small wash basin. First Floor Partially carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor. Bedroom 1 Located at the front of the property, with double window. This luxurious room has been designed to create a tranquil and inviting space. There is a large metal frame king side bed, with two bedside table and traditional lamps. Ample storage has been provided, with a large chest of drawers and hanging rail. There is the addition of a rocking chair, an ideal space to enjoy a good book. Bedroom 2 Located at the front of the property, with both front and side aspect windows. There is a beautiful king size metal frame bed, with wooden bedside cupboards and lamps. There is a large walk in cupboard with hanging space for your belongings. There is also a traditional desk, with chair and lamp. Bedroom 3 Located at the rear of the property, with garden views. This room has two full size single beds, with one bedside table in between and two lamps. There is a chest of drawers, and free standing hanging rail for your belongings. Family Bathroom A stylish bathroom, consisting of a bath with over head rainfall shower, and glass shower screen, wash basin and WC. Outside Rosedene benefits from a large wrap around garden, with gorgeous decked area, small lawn and mature shrubbery. Whilst Rosedene does not have any allocated parking, free on road parking is available along The Street, on a first come basis. Location From Rosedene there is a footpath within a few steps which leads you out onto some fantastic walks across the field. Within Rickinghall there are also two pubs within a stones from, both received excellent reviews. For children there is also a wonderful playground. Extra's The property has a wonderful selection of toys available for guests to use throughout there stay.

Diss 7 miles; Thetford 13.5 miles; Bury St Edmunds 16 miles.

The village of Rickinghall, alongside Botesdale, is situated close to the Norfolk border offering excellent access to both Norfolk and Suffolk with good road links to Bury St Edmunds, Diss and Thetford. The villages are well stocked with three pubs, a supermarket and a selection of takeaways. Once described as one of the few remaining unspoiled areas of Suffolk, this is a fantastic touring base for walkers and cyclists with the Angles, Peddar and Boudica Way routes right on the doorstep and an abundance of places of interest to visit within easy reach.
