This is an ideal base from which to explore East Anglia with picturesque coastal villages, stretches of beaches dotted with strings of iconic huts and market towns. The historic town of Framlingham with iconic Norman castle just eight miles away. Halesworth, which provides day to day shopping and recreational facilities is seven miles where you can play golf, or ride at the Mells Equestrian Centre and there’s opportunities to go cycling, fishing, walking or sailing nearby.
Southwold is a must visit with a sandy beach, famous pier and excellent range of shops and restaurants plus, for beer lovers, it is home to the famous Adnams Brewery. Beautiful walks can be enjoyed at Dunwich forest, Dunwich Heath and Minsmere bird reserve and the pretty coastal village of Walberswick are all approximately twelve miles away.
The swimming pool is 12m x 4m and 1.3m deep; it is unsupervised so all guests will have to sign a disclaimer before use. Please contact the owners to book slots, these are available for half an hour per day per night booked with an additional 10 minute before and 15 minutes after your swim for changing with use of a private changing room with toilet, shower and hair dryer. Additional slots are available at £15 per half hour. You may want to bring your own and don't forget costumes, goggles and pool towels. No food or drink is allowed by the pool.
A well-behaved dog is welcome. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking
. An additional dog may be considered by the owners, there will however be an additional cost of £25 per additional dog to cover extra cleaning costs.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
