What our guests say

“Beautiful cottage, small but perfectly formed, fabulous garden with sunshine all day long.  Went on some lovely walks to Sizewell via Thorpeness and around the wetlands.  Had a good meal at the Lighthouse and they allow dogs which was great.  Love the fish hits and will be stocking up before we go home, We will definitely return to Aldeburgh”

''Attractive little cottage with wonderful garden, full of sun for the past few days.  We've enjoyed our stay and eating meals on the beautiful terrace, comfortable bed too!''

"A course held at Snape Maltings brought me to Aldeburgh and I am super glad to have found this little gem of a cottage.  It has been the perfect base for me. I just wish I had been able to utilise the beach being so close and to really explore the town.  Unfortunately timings and off-season prevented this.  Would really love to come back, and next time to have a holiday with my husband."

“Had a very restful stay in this cosy cottage.  Had fish and chips in the Upper Deck, much better than having to queue!  Also ate at Regatta & Sea Spice – both very good.  Coffee great a the Market, which is also good for breakfast if you don’t want bacon and sausage.  Walk along the rive is interesting, though we sort of lost the footpath at the end.”

Hidden Cottage provides the luxury of a charming coastal holiday home in Aldeburgh along with the rarity of a large, sunny garden. Enjoy a local Adnams beer from the comfort of this sunny, large and private garden. Plus if you're looking to bring a dog they will have plenty of space, and the beach within a 2 minute walk.
