Harbour lights is a truly stunning, newly refurbished, pet friendly holiday home, positioned in one of the best locations in Southwold on the sandy dunes, alongside the sea with unspoilt views from every window. The property is set on two levels, with a large living room complete with wood-burning stove and the beautiful views across the dunes. There is an adjoining kitchen space, on the ground floor you have two bedrooms and two shower rooms, with an additional two bedrooms and Jack and Jill shower room on the first floor. There is a wonderful lawned garden with patio area to make the most of the sensational views. At the front of the property there is also parking for five cars.

Well equipped, tastefully designed, immaculately presented - and that location… strolling out of the back gate, straight onto the dunes and down to the waters edge. Harbour lights is a truly stunning, newly refurbished pet friendly holiday home, positioned in one of the best locations in Southwold on the sandy dunes with unspoilt views from every window.

The property is set on two levels. On the ground floor you have a large living room with adjoining kitchen space, complete with wood-burning stove and beautiful views across the dunes. There are two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a bathroom, with an additional two bedrooms and Jack and Jill shower room on the first floor. There is a wonderful landscaped garden mostly laid to lawn, with a patio area to make the most of the views of the sea and sand dunes. At the front of the property there is also parking for five cars.

Ground Floor
Beautiful wood flooring runs through the entrance hall, leading onto the main entertainment areas.

Living Room
The most perfect room to enjoy all year round. In the winter months enjoy the roaring wood-burning stove, and in the summer months open up the patio doors to bring the outdoors inside, but most of all enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views all year round.

In the living room there are two luxurious sofa's with an additional leather chair, coffee table and stylish rug. The feature point in this room is the wood-burning stove, with a 50'' Smart TV for your entertainment.

Kitchen-Dining Area
The most beautiful kitchen to whip up a culinary delight, all whilst taking in the gorgeous view! This fabulous room includes all of the mod cons you could need including a double oven, four ring induction hob, fridge with three drawer freezer beneath, dishwasher, microwave and most importantly for coffee lovers - a Nespresso Machine.

There is a bespoke made wooden table which comfortably seats 8, with five chairs and large bench seat.

Utility Room
A useful space, with a washing machine, tumble dyer and additional worktop space.

Shower Room
Ideally located as you come into the front of the property, perfect for hopping into after a day at the beach. With a large walk in corner rainfall shower, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 1
Located at the front of the property, this luxurious room features a Zip/Link Super-King bed, giving you the option of having it set up as a Super-King or two twins. There are two bedside tables with decorative lamps and a double walk in wardrobe for your belongings. (Please note this room is most suited as a super-king)

En-suite Bathroom
A bright and beautiful space to unwind, featuring a bath with over-head shower, wash basin with mirror above, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2
Positioned at the front of the house, this tranquil room oozes style. There is a Super-King bed which can be made up as a Super-King or split into two singles. There is ample storage provided with a large chest of drawers and wardrobe. (Please note this room is most suited as a twin)

En-suite Shower Room
Featuring a walk in shower cubical, wash basin and WC.

First Floor
Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing with two bedrooms and Jack and Jill Bathroom.

Bedroom 3
With arguably some of the best views in the house! Panoramic views of the beach front all from the comfort of the Super-King Zip/Link bed, you can even take it to the next level and open up the Juliet balcony door/windows to listen to the calming sound of the sea. There are two side tables with decorative lamps, along with a chest of drawers and hanging rail for your belongings, along with a luxurious chair. (Please notes this room is most suitable as a super king)

Jack and Jill Bathroom
With lockable doors to both bedroom 2 and 3, this room features a shower cubical, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 4
With views across the front of the house, across the marshlands, this room has a Super-King Zip/Link bed with a chest of drawers and hanging rail for your belongings. (Please note this room is most suited as a twin)

Outside
The beach is your oyster here, with a gate leading directly out onto the dunes. The landscaped garden is mostly laid to lawn, with two patio areas with wooden table and chairs and sun loungers, the perfect space to enjoy dining alfresco.

Whats Included?

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity plus a welcome bottle of Champagne and locally baked goodies to help you get your break off to a relaxing start.

The property is equipped with central heating throughout, Smart TV with built in Freeview channels, double oven, electric, four ring induction hob with extractor fan above, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and Nespresso coffee machine.

A travel cot and a high chair are available from the property owners on request at the time of booking.
This self catering holiday cottage in Southwold is close to everything - beach, harbour and the fashionable town centre with its popular shops, cafes and delis.

The sandy beach at Southwold is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to Southwold Pier at one end and towards Southwold Harbour at the other end the town boasts several excellent pubs and restaurants as well as a range of independent shops and galleries.

There is a pretty walk through the harbour and over a footbridge to the picture-postcard village of Walberswick, home to two good pubs (The Anchor and The Bell) and a long sandy beach. Fresh fish can be bought from the fish huts along the harbour. Southwold is home to the Adnams Brewery and the town's excellent pubs include one of our personal favourites, The Lord Nelson where you can try a range of Adnams bitters.
Sorry, no smoking or unaccompanied teenagers are permitted at this property.

Two well-behaved dog is welcome downstairs (excluding the ground floor bedrooms). If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
