Cobblers Cottage is an idyllic traditional family cottage in the heart of Southwold just steps from the beach front and fabulous town, complete with sea views. This family property is a picture perfect building with private courtyard garden. The property has a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor along with two spacious bedrooms.

Ground Floor
You are welcomed into the hallway, with carpeted stairs in front, sitting room to the right and dining room to the left.

Kitchen
Two small steps lead up to the kitchen, which is located at the rear of the property, with views of the courtyard garden. The traditional shaker style kitchen is a bright and colourful space to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the modern appliances required, including an oven, four ring induction hob with extractor fan above, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge, integrated freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Delonghi microwave, kettle and toaster.

Dining Room
Positioned at the front of the property, this spacious dining room is the perfect space for quality family meal times together. There is a solid wooden circular table with four chairs.

Sitting room
Located at the front of the property, with gorgeous sea views . This comfortable homey sitting room is the ideal place to sit back and relax after a long day exploring. There is a two seater sofa, two armchairs and an array of side tables. There is a 40'' TV connected to Free Sat for your entertainment.

Bathroom
Located at the rear of the property, this spacious bathroom features a bath with handheld shower, separate shower cubical, Wash basin and WC. There is a cupboard within the bathroom which houses the boiler and washing machine.

First Floor
Partial steep stairs that are carpeted lead up to a small landing, with the double bedroom to the right, and twin bedroom to your left.

Double Bedroom
This bright and spacious room, with stunning brick feature wall is a tranquil area to enjoy. There is is a metal frame double bed, with bedside tables and decorative lights. Ample storage is provided in this room, with a built in cupboard with hanging rails and tall chest of drawer unit with mirror above.

Twin Bedroom
Perfect for both adults and children to use, this room features two full size single beds with shelves and decorative lamps above. There is a double wooden wardrobe for your belongings.

Courtyard Garden
Cobblers Cottage benefits from a beautiful enclosed courtyard garden, with metal table and five chairs, perfect for dining alfresco.

Whilst the property doesn't have allocated parking, there is on road parking available along Trinity Street and neighbouring roads. Short term parking can be found in-front of the property.

All prices include 100% cotton bed linen, towels, heating and electricity.

This comfortable self-catering holiday cottage is equipped with central heating and appliances including a 40'' TV connect to Free Sat. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, induction four ring hob with extractor fan above, microwave, fridge, freezer dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

Please note the property does not have a travel cot or high chair.
Cobblers Cottage, is located in Trinity Street, a few minutes walk from Southwold high street which has a great choice of excellent restaurants and cafes, as well as a range of galleries and independent shops, including bakeries, delicatessens, butchers and convenience stores. Home to Adnams Brewery, the town boasts many great pubs, including The Lord Nelson where you can try a range of Adnams bitters.

Southwold’s sandy beach, just steps from the house, is adorned with a string of colourful beach huts that lead along to Southwold Pier at one end and towards Southwold Harbour at the other end. The town is also home to Adnams Brewery and the

There is a pretty walk through the harbour and over a footbridge to the picture-postcard village of Walberswick, home to two good pubs (The Anchor and The Bell) and a long sandy beach. Fresh fish can be bought from the fishermen’s huts along the harbour.

One well-behaved dog is accepted at the time of booking, please note the breed of the dog on the booking.

Please note the stairs are slightly steeps. There are also two small steps into the kitchen from the dining room.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
