Church Farmhouse is located in the village of Cookley, 3 miles from the market town. Cookley is a short walk away from Huntingfield which has a wonderful village pub called Huntingfield Arms which offers wonderful meals.
The property is located by 30 minutes from the Suffolk Coastal town of Southwold, which has a vibrant town full of wonderful shops, cafes, pubs. Southwold is iconically known for its vast sandy beach with idyllic beach huts and pier.
One well-behaved dog is welcome downstairs only. If you wish to bring a dog it must be mentioned at the time of booking on the booking form and is subject to our conditions of booking.
Please note due to the age of the property some of the door frames offer restricted head height, in addition the stairs leading up to bedroom 1 are particularly steep.
NB Guests are required to bring there own alcohol for the bar.
