There are then four bedrooms and two bathrooms in total, two bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor and then an additional two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. Perfect for the spring and summer months is the fabulous garden, complete with outdoor eating area, fire pit and BBQ area, there is a gate which leads directly out onto the common. At the front of the property is ample parking.

Ground Floor
The ground floor consists of a stylish and spacious living/dining area, utility room, boot room, sitting room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Boot Room
The entrance boot room is space for shoes, coats and luggage.

Kitchen/Dining Area
The heart of Blackshore House, with views out across garden. This stylish yet spacious room is the ideal social space to enjoy quality time whilst cooking up a storm in the magnificent kitchen. The bespoke kitchen with centre island has everything you could ever need to cook up some mouth watering meals for family and friends. Mod cons include double eye-level Neff ovens with grill, induction hob with extractor fan above, integrated full size 6 drawer freezer, full size fridge. dishwasher, microwave and for coffee lovers a Nespresso coffee machine. Within the kitchen and island is ample storage for all of your items.

Along with bar stools up the centre kitchen island, there is also a gorgeous wooden table with seating for 8, two pendant light fixings help to create a cosy space for those important family meals and special occasions.

Utility Room
Featuring a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional storage space.

Sitting Room
A calm and cosy space with double aspect views, the perfect room to be enjoyed all year round. The room has been decorated and furnished in neutral tones, with a gorgeous feature wall which has panel boarding. In the heart of the room is the wood-burning stove - perfect for those cold winters day and adds to the glorious ambiance in this house. In the summer months bring the outside in with the bifold doors opening out to the garden. Oodles of comfortable seating is provided with three luxurious 3-seater sofas, with a large wooden coffee table too. There is a large Smart TV for your entertainment.

Bedroom 1
With rear aspect views, this room features a black metal framed king size bed with two bedside shelves and decorative wall lamps. There is ample storage for your belongings in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room also features the addition of a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 2
With rear aspect views, this wonderful room has a zip/link super-king bed, giving you the option of two single beds or a super-king. There is a wardrobe and chest of draws for your belongings.

Family Bathroom
A bathroom of dreams, grab the bubble bath and glass of wine and enjoy some well deserved rest and relaxation. There also a separate walk in shower with glass door, WC, wash basin and mirror.

First Floor
Stairs lead you from to a large landing space with desk, chair and rocking chair, with doors leading into the two bedrooms and sliding door into the family shower room.

Bedroom 3
A stylish room with metal framed king size bed. This room features bedside wall cupboards, lamps, wardrobe and a TV.

Bedroom 4
This room can be made up as two single beds or a super-king. There are bedside shelves with decorative lamps and hanging space for clothes.

Family Shower Room
This stylish shower room has a walk in shower, WC, wash basin and mirror above.

Outside
The perfect summer social space for all to enjoy. The garden has a series of fantastic areas to enjoy, with a large seating area located to the rear of the sitting room, this features a large wooden table, seating for 8 and parasol, to the left are unique wooden sofa seats with coffee table. Be sure to pack those marshmallows as you are not going to want to miss out on the truly fantastic fire pit. There is also a bar area with stools, netball hoop and table tennis. The ideal garden for lots of fun!

For walkers, there is a gate leading out onto the common, perfect for those walks exploring the local heaths.

There is ample parking at the front of this glorious house, with space for three to four cars (Depending on size).

This stunning self catering holiday cottage is equipped with a a large Smart TV in the living room and additional TV's in the two king bedrooms, double electric oven with grill, induction hob,full side fridge, full size freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

Blackshore House is located in the beautiful rural village of Wenhaston, just 15 minutes away from the coastal town of Southwold. Within the village is a pub which serves fantastic food, and a village shop. In Wenhaston there are some scenic commons to enjoy, with access to one directly from Blackshore House's garden.

The nearest town is Halesworth which is only four miles away, and has a variety of independent shops, supermarkets and eateries.

The Suffolk Coast is only a short drive away, both Southwold which is again full of both national and independent shops, a variety of eateries, pub and of course the beautiful sandy beach, both this gorgeous town and its neighbouring village of Walberswick are both just 15 minutes drive away, so make sure you pack those buckets and spades.

Sorry, no smoking, or unaccompanied teenagers are permitted at this property.

Two well behaved small dogs are accepted (Please contact us to confirm the breeds), however they are not allowed upstairs. We politely ask the garden is kept tidy.

Once you have filled out the online booking form, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card, or by BACs transfer. A 25% deposit is requested at the time of your booking to secure your booking. The balance and a returnable good housekeeping deposit are due six weeks before your holiday commences.
