The front door leads from King Street into the living room of this chic cottage. There will be a three seater sofa and a huge flat screen smart TV for your entertainment and a wood burner to keep you cosy. The room will be decorated with soothing tones and the sash window at the front lets the light flood in if you want it to. Carefully considered lighting will bring calm to the living space and there will be a well selected choice of games if you’re staying in.
Enjoy meals at home at the solid round table with two chairs, placed to the left, beside the entrance to the kitchen.
For the chef there will be a wonderfully equipped kitchen with all the applicances needed for culinary creations. You'll have an integrated fan oven with grill and four ring induction hob with extractor over, a slim line dishwasher, under counter fridge with ice box and an inverter flat bed microwave in the cupboard under the stairs, on a nifty pull out shelf. Enjoy your coffee in the mornings with the Nespresso machine and there’s even a slow cooker if you’d like to get the supper on and go out for the day.

On the first floor in this delightful cottage is a double bedroom and good sized bathroom.
Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in the comfortable king size bed between bedside tables. There will be drawers and hanging space for your belongings. There’s a wide flat screen TV on the wall with built in DVD and freeview for lazy mornings before an enjoyable day out by the sea.
Above the bedroom, up wooden ladder steps is a fabulous mezzanine floor with natural light from two windows. A really ideal spot to read or do a bit of work if you need to whilst you're away.
A super sized room with a splendid double end roll top bath and separate shower cubicle, a wide hand basin with waterfall tap, a WC and a heated towel rail. For natural light you have a frosted window.
At the back of the cottage is a small space accessed through a door from the kitchen. With a table for two, perhaps a perfect spot for morning coffee or an alfresco glass of wine in the evening.
Unallocated and unrestricted parking can be found further along King Street with further parking options in very local car parks and other side streets in close proximity to the cottage.

This charming holiday cottage is in a super location within a pebble’s throw of the beach and close to the high street in the picturesque town of Aldeburgh with its excellent restaurants, pubs, cafes and wide range of independent shops, convenience stores, art galleries and huts along the beach, where local fishermen sell their wares.
The area is excellent for cycling, sailing or golf and there are many interesting walks and places to visit, including the nearby Aldeburgh Marshes, picture-postcard village of Thorpeness and world renowned Snape Maltings.
One well behaved dog is allowed, the breed of which must be given at the time of booking.
