    Our second visit to the penthouse and everything was just perfect again. We tried a few restaurants this time and the highlight was Bistra@47a which was brilliant (great food cooked perfectly) and very reasonably priced - but you must book in advance and obviously the Woodyard pizzas. The walks as always were thoroughly enjoyable and just watching the wildlife and birds. Glad we had the fans as it was a trifle warm some days, but that's the British weather for you. One small ...

One small observation the lift broke down twice on our last two days, so when we left we actusally had to walk down the three levels of stairs to the ground (several times)...a bit hard work....but this was not your fault but the building maintenance company.     Dear Roger and Jacqui Thank you for coming back to Our Penthouse again. We’re so pleased you had a lovely stay. We can only apologise deeply about the lift. We agree it’s not acceptable, especially being on the top floor. The lift engineers were called out 5 times in total. We’re relieved to know that there replacing new relays on Wednesday which should sort the problem out So sorry for this inconvenience Beth and Nigel Property Owner

Woodbridge is a historic riverside market town boasting an outstanding selection of independent shops, restaurants and pubs.
