The property

Little Chapter is an absolutely exceptional newly refurbished detached holiday home in Walberswick. This pet friendly property has undergone an extensive renovation to create a gorgeous 5* holiday rental. The ground floor consists of a beautiful large open plan style kitchen/living/dining area, utility room, sitting room, snug, bedroom and bathroom. Carpeted stairs lead you up to the first floor, with four further bedrooms all with it's own allocated bathroom. The big bonus at this property is the stunning south facing garden space, with large lawn and patio area, perfect for those warmer months. From the first floor enjoy beautiful views towards the church and ruins. This detached house is tucked away in a quiet road close to the village with a vast private driveway with parking for five cars. Ground Floor Entering into the spacious entrance hall leading onto the cloak room, kitchen and bedroom. Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room A beautiful light and spacious area for the whole family to come together. The kitchen is a haven for those keen cooks to create all of those tasty delights. Integral appliances include an electric range style oven with five ring hob and extractor fan above, two dishwashers, American style fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The large wooden table is great for meals with friends and families, whilst enjoying the views into the garden through the bi-fold doors. There are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. A delightful coastal village set at the mouth of the River Blyth in the Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve. This place is perfect for a chilled break by the sea. It offers a small range of delightful shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés to choose from. The nearest town is Southwold just a short trip over the River Blyth, it offers a good selection of amenities as well as a museum and a light house. The city of Norwich is also accessible and is well worth a visit. Walberswick is one of the few places in the UK with very little light pollution.
