The Gallivant is an absolutely luxurious, newly refurbished, pet friendly holiday apartment, positioned in the heart of Southwold, just moments from the bustling High Street and sandy beach. The property boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, sumptuous bedroom and bathroom. The property is the ultimate coastal escape for couples to enjoy. Ground floor A shared ground floor staircase has a straight set of stairs to a mid way landing with another straight set of stairs, which leads to the first floor door to the apartment. First Floor Once inside the front door, there's a hallway with access to doors to the bedroom, bathroom and open plan living room. The hallway features a handy basket for your shoes and hooks for your coats. KItchen/Living Room and Dining room A simply sumptuous room, with natural light, creating a calming space to relax. The kitchen boasts everything you need to cook up those tasty culinary delights. These include an integrated Neff appliances including a five-ring gas hob and electric oven, a tall fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a combined washing machine/tumble dryer, freestanding microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso Coffee Machine. Enjoy those tasty meals up at the beautiful wooden table seating three. There is a deluxe two-seater sofa and arm chair, side tables and coffee table to enjoy. The smart TV with Sky offers an array of channels to sit and cosy up to. Bedroom A simply gorgeous space to unwind at the end of the day. The stunnings king size bed is just waiting to be enjoyed, with luxurious bedside lamps with those statement colours. There is ample storage provided in the built in wardrobes. Bathroom There is a bath with a hand held shower attachment, a hand basin, and a W.C. Outside It is usually possible to briefly stop outside the apartment to unload your car. We recommend parking at the end of the development on the side street (on road parking) or on Southwold Common where parking is free of charge.

SOUTHWOLD

Lowestoft 13.4 miles; Ipswich 35.1 miles

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
