Everything works - even the toaster if it's plugged in far enough from the smoke detector. (Although the aluminium frying pans are unused for a reason - the induction hob.)
The location is excellent: a two-minute walk from the High Street and no more than five from the sea front. All of Southwold is within easy reach, including the superb Southwold Fish & Chip Company café. (Others are available, of course.)

Not having allocated parking was my oversight - it feels inconsiderate to impose my car on the town I'm visiting without a place to put it - but in practice (in early March anyway) a space was easy to find.
Overall, Sweet Pea played its part in a very successful break.
