“Lovely cottage in excellent location for town and beach.”
Short 5 mins walk through the church at the top of the road to centre of southwold highstreet. Easy free parking right outside cottage. Tastefully decorated throughout and central heating very good and warm for whole stay. Lovely and clean.
Downsides would be there are no wardrobes for hanging clothes, just 6 hangers and a small free standing rack in main bedroom and only hooks on the wall with coat hangers in other 2 bedrooms. The shower cubicle in the bathroom is very small for manouvering ...

Downsides would be there are no wardrobes for hanging clothes, just 6 hangers and a small free standing rack in main bedroom and only hooks on the wall with coat hangers in other 2 bedrooms. The shower cubicle in the bathroom is very small for manouvering round inside. Fortunately, we aren't very big so was ok, but it might be an issue for a bigger person! Lovely, bright and light, well equiped kitchen, plenty of everything you need but the fridge which is so tiny and the smallest we've seen outside of a caravan! There is also a wine fridge though in the dining area which we used as back up to the small frigde!. The TV is very small but we weren't away to watch TV all the time so it was fine for a few days. The welcome pack of wine, biscuits, crisps and milk is a lovely gesture and most welcome. Thank you. Would recommend the coastal walk to Walberswick. Southwold is a lovely town and a great base.
