Iona Cottage offers charming accommodation for the whole family to enjoy, located in a prime spot along Constitution Hill in Southwold.

Offering pet-friendly accommodation across two storeys, complete with two sitting rooms, spacious kitchen/dining room, four bedrooms sleeping 9 and two ground floor bathrooms.

Ground floor You are welcomed into the entrance hall, leading to the sitting room and ground floor shower room, with a staircase leading to the first floor.

Shower Room Featuring a shower cubical with step up, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Sitting Room A light and spacious room to enjoy, with feature period fire place. Sit back and relax on the two sofas and enjoy the views on offer, or alternatively the TV with on demand content.

Snug Perfect for a quiet spot away, or for the children to enjoy. This room offers a sofa, TV with on demand content and space for games to be played.

Kitchen A beautiful hand crafted kitchen awaits the chef of the party, with everything needed to cook up a storm. The kitchen includes an electric oven with grill and four ring hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine.

The dining area offers a large wooden dining table and chairs for guests to enjoy those culinary delights. There are french doors that lead out onto the enclosed courtyard garden.

Family bathroom, Featuring a corner bath with shower above, wash basin and WC.

First Floor Iona Cottage has two sets of stair cases which lead to the first floor, the first set is off of the entrance hallway, leading to bedroom 3 and 4. The second staircase leads from the hallway next to the kitchen, leading to bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Please note bedroom 2 and 3 are interconnecting.

Bedroom 1 A spacious bedroom, featuring a king size bed with wardrobe, chest of drawer and side lights.

There is a small WC located off of this room.

Bedroom 2 The perfect children's room, with bunk beds and additional single bed. There is a chest of drawers for belongings.

This room has interconnecting door with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 Offering a room with a view, featuring a double bed. There is a chest of drawers with mirror above for your belongings.

Bedroom 4 Entering into a small dressing area, with built in hanging storage, chest of drawers and wash basin. This room leads onto the bedroom, where a double bed with bedside tables and lamps can be found.

Outside Iona Cottage boasts a small front garden, with a bench for your morning coffee. There is an enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs, this can be accessed via the passage way from front or from the dining area.

Parking is available on a first come basis along Constitution Hill and the common.
