This room offers a sofa, TV with on demand content and space for games to be played. Kitchen A beautiful hand crafted kitchen awaits the chef of the party, with everything needed to cook up a storm. First Floor Iona Cottage has two sets of stair cases which lead to the first floor, the first set is off of the entrance hallway, leading to bedroom 3 and 4. The second staircase leads from the hallway next to the kitchen, leading to bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Please note bedroom 2 and 3 are interconnecting. Bedroom 1 A spacious bedroom, featuring a king size bed with wardrobe, chest of drawer and side lights. There is a small WC located off of this room. Bedroom 2 The perfect children's room, with bunk beds and additional single bed. There is a chest of drawers for belongings. This room has interconnecting door with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 Offering a room with a view, featuring a double bed. There is a chest of drawers with mirror above for your belongings. Bedroom 4 Entering into a small dressing area, with built in hanging storage, chest of drawers and wash basin. This room leads onto the bedroom, where a double bed with bedside tables and lamps can be found. Outside Iona Cottage boasts a small front garden, with a bench for your morning coffee. There is an enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs, this can be accessed via the passage way from front or from the dining area. Parking is available on a first come basis along Constitution Hill and the common.

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
