“The property is very central and comfortable.”

Also a high standard of cleanliness. However, a few points which I hope are taken as constructive criticism. We could not get the 2 bedside lights in the main bedroom to work. Also, there is no up to date manual for the flat, just a brief list of what to do when leaving and the manual for the previous agency who let it. A visitors book would also be useful for future guests. We had to assume the Wi-Fi code was on the back of the router, which it was, but some people may not be used to this and ...

We had to assume the Wi-Fi code was on the back of the router, which it was, but some people may not be used to this and most places I have stayed had such info in a very prominent place. Finally, there needs to be some way of opening the windows wider-it was very hot when we were there and it must be unbearable in a heatwave even with the blinds closed all day.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Room This spacious, open plan, and beautifully furnished room has stunning large windows with views of the Tibby's square and towards the town. The kitchen is along one wall with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a Neff four-ring gas hob, integrated Neff electric oven, a 50/50 fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a table seating six and soft seating for four. There is a flat screen TV with FreeSat channels for guests to enjoy. Bedroom One This light and airy room has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom.. There are matching bedside tables, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. En-Suite Bathroom A tastefully decorated bathroom, featuring a bath with handheld shower attachment, wash basin and WC. Bedroom Two A twin room with two full-size single beds and views. There are two matching bedside tables and a chest of drawers for guests belongings. Shower Room This modern family bathroom has a shower cubical, wash basin and WC. Outside Whilst 23 Tibby's Way doesn't have a garden, you are just a moments walk away from Tibby's green play park with space for guests to enjoy. On street or public car parking nearby.

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday.
