Bluebelle Cottage, Peasenhall

Bluebelle Cottage is very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

It was perfect. The hosts were very friendly too. The cottage is conveniently situated for visiting lots of Suffolk attractions.

Bluebelle Cotttage is 5* in every possible way.

It is in an ideal location for visiting rural Suffolk and also the coast. The village shop is just a 5 minute walk away. The cottage itself has everything you could wish for or need and is beautifully clean. The conservatory looks out on to a private enclosed patio and small garden which makes a very peaceful setting. Fiona, the owner is a super lady, very helpful and friendly indeed. All in all one of the top cottages we have had the good fortune to find.

A modern two storey cottage.

A good welcome pack and a well appointed cottage overall. Very comfortable. If the weather had been better I am sure we would have enjoyed the small private and sunny garden. The garden room therefore was appreciated both for eating and lounging in. The quality of the cutlery and crockery was good and the kitchen had all we wanted. The village was very pleasant with local shops stocking just about everything.

Have stayed at Bluebelle Cottage many times.

The cottage is always lovely and clean and very comfortable. It's in a very quiet location but easily accessible to all our favourite places and good pubs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluebelle Cottage to anyone looking to get away from it all.

Bluebelle cottage was perfect in every way if we could give 6 stars we would have .

All the kitchen utensils that you could want and all very clean . Our welcome package and wine was the cherry on the cake very thoughtful owners. We even had milk in the fridge we have stayed in a lot of places in the past and this is by far the best. We will recommend and stay again.

Wonderful village location.

Very well placed for Suffolk Coastal towns. Quiet within sight and sound of village church. Owls can be heard at night. Beautifully presented property, tasteful decor. Clean and fresh. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of reading material to plan your days out. Had a wonderful relaxing stay. The red wine gift was delicious

We loved the cottage.

It was clean, quiet, well presented and equipped, and perfect base for exploring Suffolk. My wife found the pillows too bulky, and I found the topper mattress a bit soft in the bedroom at the top of the stairs, but these were minor issues. We suggest that a small welcome basket of biscuits and wine or other local provisions might be a nice touch for guests. We would definitely stay again.

Bluebell cottage was fantastic.

The house was spotless, and everything within it was immaculate. Everything had been considered for us to enjoy our stay. The welcome pack was lovely, and all instructions and info were clearly understood. We loved the books under the coffee table, and all the touches which made the house special. We found this a great centre for exploring the coast, and also inland to Lavenham and various NT and English heritage properties. It was also very peaceful, and the little garden and garden room were a delight. Thankyou!

A gem.

An immaculate and extremely comfortable cottage with everything you could possibly wish for. I adored the sun room looking into the pretty garden. The property is well placed for many places of interest. It was quite odd to find out what night time is like without street lights. Coming from a city environment, I had to find full beam in the car for the first time!

This is a truly delightful house.

The owners have thought of everything to make a stay here both comfortable and easy with everything you need to make the most of your holiday. It's modern and uncluttered, well equipped kitchen, lovely conservatory and small private garden. It's in a great location - Peasenhall has a well-stocked village shop and Post office and there's a fabulous Deli. The White Horse at Sibton is about a half mile walk - 15 minutes - serving fantastic food with very warm and welcoming hosts. A short drive to the beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coast - Dunwich, Thorpeness, Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh as well as coastal nature reserves including Minsmere. Other local attractions include Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo, the Tide Mill at Woodbridge and much more. We have stayed at this lovely house many times and for us it's "Highly Recommended"

Everything you can possibly need is provided and more, peaceful location with good access to the coastal and rural towns and villages. Off road parking is available, highly recommend a stay here.

Loved hearing the bells from the church. Tastefully decorated and well maintained. Nice welcome pack and toiletries which was a great touch. Close to A12 and coast.

Beautiful well equipped and spotlessly clean cottage in a great location for visiting Aldeburgh, Southwold, Minsmere and Snape with Sutton Hoo well worth a visit also.

A beautifully presented property with everything you could ask for provided.

High quality furnishings and linen. A warm cozy retreat to return to after long walks on the surrounding heaths and beaches. The beds were particularly comfortable. We had chosen the property as we have family living close by but would happily recommend it as a holiday destination. It is far enough away from the coast to feel relaxed but close enough to get to Southwold, Aldeburgh etc very easily. Basically a very relaxing and highly enjoyable break.

It's in a peaceful and quiet location, perfectly sited for easy access to the coast, lovely walks and many nearby villages and attractions. It has everything for a perfect stay. Peasenhall has a well stocked village shop and post office, wonderful deli, excellent craft butcher and a lovely cafe/tea shop. Excellent pubs and restaurants nearby.

We've stayed at Bluebelle several times this year - and again this week.

We live just across from Bluebell and have used it as a bolt hole whilst our own house was being gutted. For those wanting to visit the area, this cottage is an excellent choice. Bluebelle is a lovely peaceful house, well furnished and equipped, very comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. Gorgeous cotton bedlinen and towels. We've loved our time there and may still need to return again before Christmas. Although we weren't visiting local attractions etc., Bluebell is well situated to access many places of interest and only a short drive to the coast. Lots of lovely walks too. Peasenhall has excellent facilities including a well stocked local village shop and post office, a fabulous craft butcher, a wonderful deli and a really good tea shop. Lots of very good pubs and restaurants - one walkable - the others just a short drive.

We were blessed with wonderful weather and visited many places.

We spent a happy day bird-watching at RSPB Minsmere and we loved the picturesque town of Aldeburgh. We also went to the owl sanctuary which was fascinating. We loved the calmness and tranquility of the location. Bluebelle Cottage is extremely comfortable and well equipped with absolutely everything we needed. This has got to be one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. Thank you.
