The country style kitchen is well equipped with a 3 door AGA, portable oven and hob can be used instead of the AGA, large integrated 4 shelves fridge, 3 draw freezer, and integrated full-sized dishwasher. The large butler sink, with window above looking out across the pond. There is a large island with a breakfast bar with two bar stools for you to be able to sit and enjoy breakfast at. Dining Area Between the kitchen and living room areas sits the dining room section. There is a beautiful large wooden decorative table with 8 chairs, with a stunning chandelier above, this is a wonderful space to enjoy those quality mealtimes together. Living Room The cosy living room features a large decorative 3 seater sofa with a large footstool in front and a separate armchair, with a large TV within the corner. There is a large wood-burning stove with brick surround, perfect for those chilly winters evenings. Conservatory/Garden Room This light and airy room is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a book, with the double doors which open out to the garden. There is a large luxurious two-seater sofa and footstool. Bedroom One This main bedroom has a luxurious super-king bed, with wall side lights above the bed. There is a large shelved walk-in wardrobe, perfect for storing your belongings. The windows give views of the beautiful gardens. En-Suite Bathroom This well designed en-suite has not only a bath but also a walk-in shower cubical. There is also a WC, basin and heated towel rail. Cloakroom Featuring a WC and washbasin. First Floor With stairs leading up to a spacious landing area, with bedroom 2 on your right, bathroom in front of you, and to your left a third bedroom. Bedroom Two This spacious king-size bedroom is beautifully decorated with period furniture, including a large chest of drawers with vanity mirror, bedside tables, and a large rocking chair. This room also has the added luxury of a shelved walk-in wardrobe. Family Bathroom This luxurious family bathroom has a stunning roll-top bath, perfect for enjoying those peaceful times with a good book. There is a separate shower cubical, heated towel rail, WC and basin. Bedroom Three This room will have a twin zip and link bed which can be set up as a super king size on request. Outside There is parking available for two cars adjacent to the property. The manicured garden is perfect for you to enjoy quality outdoor times. Please note there are a number of ponds within the grounds that attract a variety of wildlife for you to see, these are not fenced so please take care around these. The garden is shared with the owner's properties, guests are welcome to use the garden areas at the front and rear of the property.
