“We had a lovely time at 11 Ballygate, the cottage was beautifully decorated.”

Just to inform you that whilst we were there, one of the bedrooms (the one up the stairs on its own) locked from the inside (whilst no one was in the room!) so we had to open the lock with a screwdriver. We have tried to make good again but it will need looking over. Also the microwave wasn't working. None of these things over shadowed our stay, we just wanted to make the owner aware.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and we’re thrilled that you had a cosy Christmas at the cottage! I’m really sorry about the couple of issues you encountered but very pleased they didn’t impact on your enjoyment. We would have been more than happy to visit to address them while you were there but really appreciate you letting us know now. We hope to welcome you back again. Happy New Year to you!
