Sykes sent out someone not trained in repairing it, the owner refused to spend money on repairing it, my request to be transferred elsewhere were refused, the staff left it switched on and few days later it started smoking and fumes, clearly endangering our lives. Serious breach in health and safety which would have been resolved if the owner valued the safety of his guests more than his £££. On top of this, I was repeatedly disturbed by wifi engineers, and dishwasher staff, phone calls and emails. It was one of the worst weeks of my life, not just in holiday homes. I never got an apology or any compensation. I would not recommend this experience for anyone else and frankly have concerns about the safety and well-being of anyone staying here.
