    “We had a lovely stay at Sole Bay Cottage, perfect position for walking our dogs on the beach and so close to a wonderful chip shop and pub.”

    I would have marked comfort at the highest if the sofas had been more comfortable for sitting as we thought they had seen better days and weren't at all comfortable although the beds were perfect! The mat in the living room was dangerously slippy. The shower though was wonderful! Cleanliness wasn't lets say sparkling as there were cobwebs hanging and we decided to take 5 minutes to clean the front window inside and out just so we could see out and let some sunshine in! We also had to replace ...

We also had to replace the hinge on the gate as it was rotten so had fallen off and as the road outside is sometimes quite fast could be a potential hazard for small children without the gate closing. A baking tray and oven dish would have been useful as there was only pans. Overall its a cute cottage to stay as location is perfect and we would consider returning if the sofas were replaced, just a few niggles that kept us from giving it 5 * and making it perfect!
