Mundays Cottage is a beautifully presented end of terrace property, located in the heart of Orford, offering an ideal holiday home to enjoy all year round. On the ground floor you enter into spacious hallway, leading onto the study, cloakroom and open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room beyond. From the dining area open the sliding doors to enjoy the patio garden. On the first floor are three spacious bedrooms, a king, twin and single, with family bathroom.

Orford features the famous Orford Ness Nature reserve and Havergate Island, as well as one of the best bakeries in the area, Pump Street Bakery Sailing and boat trips are available on the River Ore, with country walks in Rendlesham Forest. It is only 11 miles from the beach at Aldeburgh, with the wonderful market towns of Framlingham and Woodbridge just a short drive away.

Ground Floor Entering into the spacious hallway, leading onto the study, cloakroom and open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room.

Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room A bright and airy space with light oozing through the vast windows and sliding-doors. In the morning the sunrise fills this room. A wonderful space to cook up some culinary delights, and sit back and enjoy a special meal. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including an electric double oven with four ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table comfortably seating four.

There is a choice of where to relax at the end of the day. Enjoy the comfortable seating area with two two-seater sofas, coffee table, TV and CD player, or pull up a pew by the wood-burning stove and enjoy the warmth from the fire. There is a film library and selection of books for guests to enjoy.

Bedroom 1 Boasting a king size bed, with bedside tables and wall mounted reading lights. There is a wardrobe for your belongings, as well as a dressing table and chair.

Bedroom 2 Suitable for both adults or children to enjoy, with two full-size single beds with bedside tables and wall mounted reading lights. There is a wardrobe for your belongings.

Bedroom 3 A beautifully decorated room with a colourful and paneled feature wall. There is a single bed with bedside table and lamp and a bean bag for little guests to enjoy.

Family Bathroom Featuring a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside Mundays Cottage benefits from an enclosed courtyard garden, with garden table and chairs, perfect for dining alfresco. In addition there is a lawned garden at the front of the property, however please note this is not enclosed.

There is a designated parking space to the rear of the property, accessed via the car park entrance on Mundays Lane and Castle Lane. Guests are to park in front of garage no.1. Additional parking is available on neighbouring roads on a first come basis.
