    “As previous reviewer stated this property has great potential being in a good location and having off street parking.”

    It has rustic furnishings but that being said could be a fabulous holiday home. However it currently has very noisy major building works taking place in the adjoining property and problems with loud boiler noise very early in the morning in one of the main bedrooms. In addition there are several maintenance issues that need addressing. If you have any mobility issues then bring your own bath mat for the shower since although being a great size it has an extremely slippery floor with no handholds ...

All issues have been emailed to company and hopefully will be addressed however until then I have to say I don’t feel it met the level of accommodation I was expecting.

The attractive, unspoiled fishing village of Orford is situated on the bank of the River Alde and looked over by its magnificent 12th century castle built by Henry II.
