The property

Tower End Cottage is a simply stunning converted cart lodge located in the heart of Melton near Woodbridge. The property has been beautifully renovated to create a stylish well appointed self catering holiday home. On the ground floor is a open-plan kitchen/dining sitting room with bi-fold doors opening out onto the enclosed tropical garden. There is a utility area and ground floor shower room. On the first floor is a luxurious spacious bedroom complete with en-suite and sumptuous roll top bath. Ground Floor Entering from the parking spaces into the utility area, an ideal spot for your coats and shoes. Hardwood flooring runs throughout the ground floor. Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Area A light and spacious area with natural light filling the room through the bi-fold doors. The kitchen is every cooks dream with a double Stoves oven with four ring hob and extractor above, microwave, fridge with icebox freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. Dinner can be enjoyed either on the dining table with two chairs, or if the sun is shining make the most of the private garden located in close reach. Two comfy armchairs with footstools encourage you to relax with the flame-effect fire to create that welcoming atmosphere. Entertainment is provided with a TV with freeview and plenty of books and games. Utility Area Featuring additional counterspace, sink, washing machine and pulley-maid. Shower Room A stylish shower room with walk in shower with rainfall shower and handheld attachment, wash basin with mirror above, heated towel rail and WC. The owners have decorated this room with an iconic natural history museum designed wallpaper. First Floor Carpeted stairs lead up to the bedroom. Please note there is limited head height half way up the stairs. Bedroom A sumptuous bedroom with carpeted flooring and vaulted ceiling awaits. Unwind at the end of the day in the woven rattan and wicker king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a solid oak storage unit for your belongings, and a dressing table. The bedroom has the added luxury of a TV. Bathroom Located through sliding stable doors is a tranquil bathroom suite, with stunning roll top bath with hand-held shower attachment, in addition there is a wash basin and WC. Outside The owners have created a truly special outdoor area for guests to sit back and relax. A wide variety of tropical plants border this enclosed space, with dining table with four chairs and parasol and two sun loungers available There is private parking available for two cars.

MELTON

Woodbridge 1.8 miles; Ipswich 10 miles; Lowestoft 36.2 miles.

Melton is a rural village resting between Ipswich and Lowestoft within Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is served by Melton railway station and is just a mile from the historic market town of Woodbridge. The village has a small selection of independent shops and a couple of popular pubs so is a great place to stop off to stock up on a few essentials and have a drink while enjoying the captivating surrounding countryside. There are a number of attractions on the doorstep including some fantastic golf courses for the grown-ups and Congo Rapids Adventure Golf for the not so grown-up, as well as the rural idyll that is Foxburrow Nature Reserve. Towns such as Woodbridge, Ipswich and Lowestoft are within a short drive and offer a great range of attractions and amenities.
