    “Amazing location, very nice cottage, clean and tidy.”

    Love the place, love the property. Rooms are lovely and view is fantastic. The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans, utensils and everything else that is needed to cook. Blackout curtain in the main bedroom will be nice addition as sunlight directly comes early through the big window and some days we didn't feel like waking up at 6 am. Another thing that will make this property even more amazing is addition of extractor in kitchen. Wonderful stay, will book again. Thanks

The kitchen is well-fitted with loads of amenities, so why not cook up a storm and enjoy your masterpiece at the sitting area with a view across the communal lawn and sea beyond? A tasteful king-size bedroom opens up onto a lovely balcony, with a backdrop of the local beach and ocean beyond, ideal for an evening relaxing with a glass of your favourite beverage. There is also a twin bedroom, along with a refreshing shower room where you can shake the sand from your hair. An enclosed rear garden offers a quiet spot to read in the sunshine with a cup of tea. Situated on the “Sunrise coast” and with local shops, pubs and eateries, Kessingland is a great location to begin your Suffolk adventure. You can enjoy a hearty meal, check out local produce, or try out fishing, and there is also the fantastic Africa Alive Zoological Reserve housing many amazing animals. The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments. The local surrounding area has a great wealth of places to visit with something to please every family member on a beach-side holiday.
