    “Two unexpected issues affecting guests with age related mobility problems.”

    Firstly the car park’s gravel surface meant that wheeled suit cases had to be “man handled” before reaching the paved path leading to Gull cottage. Secondly, private access to the beach was via a steep flight of steps. This precluded taking walks along the shoreline.
