An absolutely wonderful cottage.

What a pleasure to walk in and see such a beautiful well equipped holiday home. I think the owner has thought of everything for a relaxing stay. The views are amazing. We would recommend 100%

Thoughtful welcome pack. Great sea views. It was nice to use the back garden when the sun moved round. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Amazing location, very nice cottage, clean and tidy.

Love the place, love the property. Rooms are lovely and view is fantastic. The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans, utensils and everything else that is needed to cook. Blackout curtain in the main bedroom will be nice addition as sunlight directly comes early through the big window and some days we didn't feel like waking up at 6 am. Another thing that will make this property even more amazing is addition of extractor in kitchen. Wonderful stay, will book again. Thanks

Excellent accommodation, unique view across the sea, very well situated for seeing surrounding attractions.

Very lovely place to stay even when the shower broke, as we was offered a alternative place to shower.

The only thing which spoiled our holiday, was the the work being done in the neighbours home by workmen most days

A beautiful well equipped and comfortable property, with wonderful sea views and a peaceful place.

This property really is a home from home.

Everything you could want in a holiday home is there. Decoration is beautiful and beds/sofas/chair all comfortable. We cook a lot while away and there was every utensil we could possibly need and great to have dishwasher. Location is fantastic especially for lovely dog walks on the beach. It is so peaceful, wonderful to sir on balcony and look out to the sea. Lots to visit nearby, will definitely need to come back.

Stayed in cottages in Cornwall Gull cottage is the best by far. Will defiantly return 2025

Lovely place.

Spotlessly clean. Has everything you need there. Great response from owners over slight maintenance issue, which was dealt with quickly. Lovely cottage. Lovely views very peaceful during term time. Not so much during school summer hols. Bit would definitely return. Can’t fault it. Thanks for the happy memories.

Absolutely perfect!

Couldn't have asked for anything better. Clean, comfortable, everything we could have needed and more, a real home from home. You had literally thought of everything. We would willing live there. We had a brilliant week, just wished we had booked two weeks, we will be back. Thank you.

Two unexpected issues affecting guests with age related mobility problems.

Firstly the car park’s gravel surface meant that wheeled suit cases had to be “man handled” before reaching the paved path leading to Gull cottage. Secondly, private access to the beach was via a steep flight of steps. This precluded taking walks along the shoreline.

Gull Cottage was very well appointed with several little thoughtfully added touches.

so much so we have re booked it for next year.

It was glorious.

The view from the bedroom over the sea was fabulous. Sitting on the balcony having coffee with the sounds of the sea a.d the view was wonderful. The special touch of milk in the fridge as well as a sweet treat for us and poo bags and biscuits for the dog were.really thoughtful and made the break even more special. Would love to stay again.

Amazing place,attention to detail is second to none.

The added extras supplied by the owner were very thoughtful and helpful. My only issue was the fridge which is too small to house a weeks worth of food for 2 people let alone 4. As someone with dietary issues, local eateries only serving meat,fish and High fat foods the fridge needs to be a normal size in order to accomodate their foods ( especially when hot). Apart from that a beautiful cottage and great stay, thank you

Hill cottage was beautiful and clean with fantastic views.

The personal touches made us feel like we were at home. We had an amazing holiday thank you

The views were fantastic, the property was well equipped but had not been properly cleaned.

There was a layer of dust over all surfaces and the windows and TV were very smeared. But all in all a very nice place.

Beautiful and scenery was fantastic I would love to book it again
