Therefore we could only watch 1 channel all week. This was repoeted on Tuesday, and we were told that the owner would come round. They didn't come while we were there. We are still waiting for a response as to what has happened with these complaints. The insects would not have been very good for future holidaymakers.
Hi. I’m sorry that you had insects in the property and that the batteries in the remote were not working.
I tried to call you several times, as did my maintenance worker, but you did not answer your phone. I also sent you a message to tell you if it would be ok for someone to come over to sort out the issues you were having, but again no reply.
I’m happy to report that the batteries have been changed and there are no ‘insects’ in the property.
