    “The accommodation itself was exactly as advertised and did not disappoint, however we could have done with wrtten instructions as to how to use the heating!”

    The other issue is that the settee was not the most comfortable - we would have preferred a more "lounging and cosy" sofa. With regards to the outside, the landing outside the entrance door has puddles when it rained which meant you dragged water into the property when you went in. Maybe a slight slope would address this. The biggest isue for us was the facilities advertised. We only booked the property because of the availabilty of the hot-tubs. it was not until we were leaving home that we ...

The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive.
