No. 2 - Seaview

Beautifully kept lodge with a superb park location.

Great sea view and a few short strides to the beach. Perfect for people and pooches alike. Our dogs particularly enjoyed watching the numerous rabbits from the secure lodge terrace. The only drawback was the very poor, often non-existent TV reception/ wi-fi, which is at it worst when the site is busy. Didn’t dampen the superb stay and we would love to return.

2 Seaview was excellent. Clean, warm, well equipped and very comfortable. It also has a marvellous view. We had a very enjoyable few days there and would definitely recommend it. Thank you.

No 2 Seaview is a great location for a relaxing coastal break.

Everything you need is in the lodge. It is close to lots of places but you might not want to leave the patio and stunning sea views.

We had a lovely 4 nights at #2 Seaview with our 2 dogs.

What a perfect location, either with dogs or not, its ideal. Cracking views and facilities. There really is nothing you need to take as Claire has provided everything!! From the lovely Welcome pack, to the gifts for sale (We bought a painted stone and left money in the honesty box provided!), We loved it, and will definitely be back! Thank-you Claire

A really lovely property right next to the beach.

The property is extremely clean, well equipped and felt really homey. A lovely welcome basket and parking next to the property. The owner, Claire, was really friendly. There are places to eat within walking distance and lots to do nearby such as oulton broad, Sutton Hoo, Beccles and Jimmy's Farm

Lovely accommodation, lovely views.

Furnishings too fussy and cluttered for us but that is just a personal view. Internet is poor, which also affected the TV. Everything was there to make use of apart from a hairdryer, would certainly book this property again.

The property far exceeded our expectation.

It was like living in someone’s home rather than a holiday rental. The space was amazing and there was everything one needed to live comfortable. The location was stunning literally yards from the beach. My wife and I sat on the veranda at night just watching the world pass and listening to the sea. Our two grand daughters, aged 11 and 8, who we took loved the property too and have already asked to go back. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful seaview from an outstanding lodge!

Well equipped lodge, comfortable and homely. We loved our stay. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the veranda in the evening looking out to sea. Karen and Family

This lodge far exceeded our expectations , it was gorgeous, the views, decor, equipment everything needed was catered for, the little gift packs very much appreciated, the beds very comfortable, I can't think of any negatives and will definitely be booking again we had a wonderful week.

this property is an absolute gem to stay in and the host leaves such wonderful welcome bits, we have been going to Kessingland for many years and i must say this is the most wonderful property we have ever stayed in everything from beginning to end is perfect i hope anyone who stays here has as much respect for it as it truly deserves a home from home 10 out of 10 to all concerned.
