    “Our cottage was beautifully decorated, modern, well furnished and clean.”

    There was everything there you could think of. We loved using the hot tubs in the evening, a great luxury treat. You’re a 5min walk away from the beach, chip shop and a few restaurants. And you have the nearest towns on your doorstep. We had the best time staying here. We would definitely return.

The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive.
