    “Lovely little property that has been well designed and fitted to a high quality.”

    Very close to the beach and fantastic if you have a dog or two, ours loved long beach walks and the use of the grassed garden, whereas our children enjoyed the pool table which was also a decent quality. Kitchen is quite compact but has everything you need, even a wine fridge which is probably a bit over the top. We managed to cook decent full English in the morning. Local facilities are a bit limited, but there is a charming shop opposite, a decent fish and chips, and some other eateries that ...

The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive.
