All guests are shown the cottages and we offer a thorough explanation and tour. At no time during your stay did you bring any of your concerns to our attention. Furthermore, the lavatories were immaculately cleaned and the smell you refer to, was explained. This is rare and was due to the rain water irrigation system which feeds water to the facilities. This does not generate an unpleasant smell. The smart television provides online streaming services and access to a huge list of radio stations. The sofa concern has subsequently been addressed, although as previously mentioned, you did not bring this to our attention prior to your comments.
