The well-equipped kitchen and dining area have everything you need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals, while the adjoining sitting area invites you to unwind on the large corner sofa or the electric armchair, perfect for catching up on your favourite shows on the TV.
From the living area, the rest of the home flows beautifully.
There are two inviting bedrooms, designed with comfort and practicality in mind.
The double bedroom offers a peaceful night’s sleep and includes a private en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
The twin room features its own TV and a spacious en-suite wet room, fully accessible and ideal for guests with mobility needs, complete with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
Outside, step onto your enclosed private patio, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy an alfresco lunch while taking in the charming views across the fields.
You may even spot a horse grazing nearby or friendly farm animals wandering past, adding a touch of rural magic to your stay.
For younger guests or just the young at heart, the shared lawn area includes a play area and plenty of space to unwind, while the communal games room offers hours of entertainment with table tennis, pool, table football, a TV, and a DVD player.
There is also access to an external laundry room complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer for all the conveniences of home.

The wider area surrounding the bungalow is very uneven being old cracked concrete, which makes it difficult for mobility scooters/wheelchairs but not preventative.
The twin-bed room is very spacious, with loads of room. The disabled in suite bathroom is also spacious but it needs a bigger basin (only having one which is appropriate for a small cloakroom) and some surface areas to take toiletries, etc. The shower head needs replacing because it loses water from various places. The double room has only a 4'6" bed and is very cramped indeed; the en suite is fine. The kitchen has all that is listed but the microwave and oven have no control markings and no user manuals either, so it is impossible to know how they should be operated; we just muddled through as best we could. Otherwise the hosts, Sue and Wayne Leggett are delightful/superb and nothing is too much trouble for them to help with your stay. The EV charger is quite complicated because the App for the company (SynchEV) does not work, it is also a little temperamental. We had to gain permission from the hosts to use it: it is the middle of the complex, and only charges at a slow speed/low amperage. We were lucky that the other holiday units were largely unoccupied, so the central quadrangle was secure and free-running for our dog. The front yard is very small albeit secure. The nearest store and Post Office is 2.6 miles away.
The cottage exceeded my expectations.
It was very well appointed and suited our needs. The host was lovely and the welcome pack provided was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this cottage and would love to return.
The property was exceptionally clean and everything we needed was provided.
The welcome pack was the best we have ever had after using your cottages for several years. The hosts, Sue and Wayne were friendly and very helpful.The disabled accommodation was incredible.We would definitely stay again.
