    “Had a wonderful 5 days at this property.”

    Met with beautiful homemade chocolate brownies and a bottle of wine & snacks. Milk left in the fridge. Everything that you need is there including all the usual things you may forget such as salt and pepper, washing up liquid, extra toilet rolls etc. Enough logs left for setting up a fire on the first couple of nights. Hosts were next door and helped us with setting up the TV. They even went out immediately to get egg cups for us when we said we liked boiled eggs. Our dog was catered for with ...

The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre.
