The property is furnished, fitted and decorated out to a high standard - impecably clean and highly maintained. The gardens was secure for our dog and so well tended, despite the heatwave with flowers flourishing, well kept lawn area with couple of sitting areas which was perfect to spend mornings eating breakfast and relaxing in the evening.
The kitchen was so well equiped - it was hard to think of what else would be needed or missing. Use of a coffee machine and wine and cake and milk etc ...

Location wise it is great, 5-10 mins drive from the coast and supermarkets, but rural feel at the cottage itself, but close enough to access the A12 road meaning it was a breeze to travel to Southwold and Aldeburgh (well worth visiting).
The owners are next door, but left us to ourselves but reassuring to be close enough to answer queries etc if needed.
