On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen/dining room with french doors opening out onto the garden at the rear, as well as the living room and cloakroom towards the front of the property. Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor, with three ample sized bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. To the rear is an enclosed courtyard garden featuring a table and chairs, perfect for dining alfresco. There is off-road private parking for one car. Ground Floor Entering into the spacious hallway with hard flooring, to the right is the living room, to your left is the cloakroom, and the hallway leads to the kitchen/dining area. Sitting Room Positioned at the front of the property, with tranquil colours and designs filling this room, creating a light and inviting space, which is the perfect position to retreat to at the end of the day. Ample seating is provided with a four seater sofa, arm chair and two foot rests. A Smart TV has been provided for your entertainment. Kitchen/Dining Room Positioned at the rear of the property, with views out across the garden. Natural light fills this room through the large window and french doors.
