    Nicest property we have stayed in Norfolk/Suffolk area. Carol and Bill were great hosts and the milk, butter, eggs and gorgeous toiletries were greatly appreciated. The property is very comfortable and had everything you needed for a home from home stay. It is in a great area for various places to visit with it being on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The outside space is wonderful. We have come home rested and are already planning our next visit. We rarely go back to the same place but The ...

The Hayloft is a lovely holiday home waiting for you to take advantage of the picturesque South Norfolk countryside. Haddiscoe is a civil parish in South Norfolk, located just a short distance from the coastal towns of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Slightly further afield is the well loved seaside town of Southwold. The village enjoys a close proximity to the River Waveney and the Broads, as well as Wheatacre Marshes. This parish has the beautiful Church of St Mary’s, one of the best known of Norfolks round-towered churches. There is a local Farm Shop at Wheatacre Hall Farm which is well equipped with plenty of local produce for you to stock up on during your stay. Dining options include the Wheatacre White Lion, serving food and beverages in picturesque surroundings, or the Bell Inn at St Olaves which is reported to be the Broadland's oldest recorded Inn. Places of interest nearby include the beach at Gorleston-on-Sea, the fishing lakes at Aldeby Hall, and the multiple activities at Somerleyton Hall and Fritton Lakes.
