The property

You are enticed into Tamarisk through the hallway, which leads onto the relaxing sitting room, well-appointed open plan kitchen, dining and breakfast area, utility room and the pretty patio with outside seating. A flight of the original wooden stairs, painted an off-white, takes you up to the first floor where one of the two master bedrooms are. This master bedroom has a super-king sized bed, with two french sliding doors. These divide the bedroom into either a private suite with its own sitting room and lockable door, or these can be closed off to allow the rest of the household use of the sitting room and balcony. The balcony offers spectacular views of the Aldeburgh beach and sea. This master bedroom also has bespoke furniture, including a large wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage, and a designer en-suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms on this floor with zip and link beds which can be made into twin or super-king sized beds, also featuring bespoke wardrobes and chest of drawers for storage. Both bedrooms have plush en-suite shower rooms. Another flight of stairs takes you to the second floor, reserved for the other master bedroom. In this bright and spacious room is a super-king sized bed, a bespoke wardrobe and desk for storage and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. A balcony opens up to the amazing views of Aldeburgh beach and sea, offering you time to watch the picturesque town of Aldeburgh go on by. Immediately in front of the house is free parking (restricted to 2 hours between 9.00am - 6.00 pm). Less than 100 metres north of the property free 24 hour unrestricted parking is available. GROUND FLOOR The property is entered through the hallway. SITTING ROOM The sitting room features a 2/3 seater sofa, 3/4 seater sofa and 2 plush armchairs with a slimline wall mounted TV with Freesat channels. KITCHEN/DINING/BREAKFAST AREA The open plan kitchen features a large Rangemaster electric range cooker with ceramic hob, a large Fisher Paykel fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, a microwave, a Delonghi kettle, a Delonghi toaster, a full size dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and wine chiller. There is a bluetooth speaker to play your favourite music. The open plan dining area features an antique French pine dining table with seating for up to eight guests, a comfortable leather sofa and wall mounted slimline TV with Freesat channels. The open plan breakfast area features bar stool seating at the island unit for up to three guests. There is a great selection of family games to play! Sliding folding doors open on to the patio. PATIO The pretty courtyard patio features outside seating with additional chairs available. UTILITY ROOM The utility room features a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. FIRST FLOOR A flight of carpeted stairs leads you up to the first floor. BEDROOM 1 One of the two master bedrooms features a super-king sized bed, a bespoke wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage, a wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview channels and a balcony offering views of the beach and sea. Also included is a sitting area with sofa and chairs, with great views of the sea and moot pond - this area can be closed off from the bedroom area by the sliding french doors. EN-SUITE BATHROOM FOR BEDROOM 1 The en-suite bathroom for bedroom 1 features a bath, a shower enclosure and a W.C. BEDROOM 2 The second bedroom features two single beds that can be zip linked to make up a super-king sized bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview channels, a bespoke wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. EN-SUITE BATHROOM FOR BEDROOM 2 The en-suite bathroom for bedroom 2 features a Matki shower with a glass screen over a Bettie bath and a W.C. BEDROOM 3 The third bedroom features two single beds that can be zip linked to make up a super-king sized bed, a wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview channels and a bespoke shelved wardrobe for storage. EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM FOR BEDROOM 3 The en-suite shower room for bedroom 3 features a Matki shower enclosure and a W.C. SECOND FLOOR A flight of carpeted stairs leads you up to the second floor. The popular, vibrant seaside town of Aldeburgh is famous for its culture, traditional feel and one of the best fish and chip shops in the country! Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are home to one of the world’s greatest music festivals and has been named as one of the top 50 places to live in Britain. Crag Path runs along the seafront dividing the beautiful pebbly beach from the unspoilt pastel-coloured seafront properties and the town. The beach is a popular place for groups and couples to enjoy the wonderful fish and chips throughout the summer months. The town is steeped in history and has become a wonderful town for shopping with a good mixture of independent and chain stores to enjoy. The town also offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants or why not buy some freshly caught fish from the huts on the seafront and cook up your own feast at home. For those wishing for a more action-packed holiday there is excellent walking, cycling, sailing and golf at Aldeburgh. Growing in popularity you will want to return to Aldeburgh again and again!
