You are welcomed into this property through the porch leading into the main property. You enter into the light and spacious living and dining areas, with great views of the High Street from the large sash windows. There is a long modern kitchen with additional seating looking out into the courtyard garden. On the first floor you have 3 spacious bedrooms and large family bathroom.
Ground Floor
Living/Dining Room
This light and spacious room with wooden floor has two separate sash windows with views of the High Street, light pours through these, however privacy is provided with lower sash blinds. To your left is the comfortable living areas, perfect for relaxing. With a large three-seater sofa, two-seater sofa and armchair, the sofas are arranged to enjoy the electrical flame effect fire with brick surrounds. This section of the room has a 32'' flat screen TV and Bose sound link speaker with bluetooth/aux connection.
To your right you have the dining area, with a large solid wooden table, with six Ercol chairs. This space is perfect for dining with the whole family.
Kitchen
This long modern wooden work topped kitchen is the ideal space to cook together, with double doors leading into the secluded courtyard space. There is a Neff double oven with integrated grill, along with Neff 5 ring gas hob, large Fridge and 2 draw freezer, full-sized dishwasher and AEG washer/dryer. This room has a separate 4 seater dining table, perfect for those morning breakfasts enjoyed with the french doors open, listening to the sound of the birds.

This relaxing space has a double bed, with bedside tables and lamps, a large chest of drawers. Light streams through the beautiful sash window. There are hook and wooden coat hangers for those items they need to be hung up.

This room is perfect for an adult and child or two children. There is a standard single bed with a child-size pull out bed with bedside tables and lamps, there is the option whist booking to have the bedroom set up as a single or twin.
Family Bathroom
In this family bathroom there is a bath with overhead shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.

A rare find on Aldeburgh High Street is this beautiful spacious east-facing courtyard garden, which catches the south sun making it quite the suntrap, with double doors through from the kitchen, with large wooden table seating 6, perfect for dining alfresco.

The popular, vibrant seaside town of Aldeburgh is famous for its culture, traditional feel and one of the best fish and chip shops in the country! Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are home to one of the world’s greatest music festivals and has been named as one of the top 50 places to live in Britain. Crag Path runs along the seafront dividing the beautiful pebbly beach from the unspoilt pastel-coloured seafront properties and the town. The beach is a popular place for groups and couples to enjoy the wonderful fish and chips throughout the summer months. The town is steeped in history and has become a wonderful town for shopping with a good mixture of independent and chain stores to enjoy. The town also offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants or why not buy some freshly caught fish from the huts on the seafront and cook up your own feast at home. For those wishing for a more action-packed holiday there is excellent walking, cycling, sailing and golf at Aldeburgh. Growing in popularity you will want to return to Aldeburgh again and again!
