Fantastic location on the sea front.

Views of the sea and coast line. Lovely property, plenty of space, well appointed. A warm and cosy winter break. Location.

There was a lot of cobwebs especially in the living room!

I moved one of the sofa cushions one day to put it back on the sofa properly and there was a comb and 2 butter portions down the side of it

This is a delightful holiday base, at the nicer end of Felixstowe.

On street parking was easy, the road's remarkably quiet, and the upside-down-ness of the house gives the advantage of a sea view from the sitting room. It's very comfortable, positively cavernous for a group of four, and very well provided in the kitchen department. (Your review writer didn't feel the need to avail himself of the toys and games available in the twin-bedded room.) Highly recommended, it's probably the most comfortable holiday house we've ever used. The town itself is a good base for places like Sutton Hoo, and possesses, among other things, a quite splendid second-hand bookshop, not to be missed by bibliophiles. (Brief maintenance note, not for publication, the oven thermostat may need looking at - it didn't seem to cut out at the desired temperature - though that may have been my ineptness, of course.)

We had an enjoyable stay at the pink house.

The location was excellent and close to all the amenities. There were plenty of places to eat, and the food was great. Felixstowe has lovely beaches, interesting shops and we found the Fort really interesting. It’s a great place to visit and we can see why people return.

An ideal location with really good views from the lounge.

The property was clean , well equipped and with full instructions. We would certainly love to stay there again.

The house was lovely and well appointed with the beach only five minutes away with plenty of cafes and shops nearby.

The only thing I would like added would be a railing at the front door as the steps are quite steep otherwise the house provided everything that we needed. Thank you.

This house was clean although a little dated but exactly as pictured.

The position was good for prom walks and easy to the town centre. Lidl just 5 minutes walk. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook over the Christmas/New year period. We had a 3 week stay and it would have been more convenient to have a change of clean bedding/towels and more tea towels. Without a dryer the family had to wash and bring sheets and towels to family living in Felixstowe to dry. The house would also benefit from larger bath sheets as small bath towels are not what is expected.

Excellent accommodation and look forward to a 6th time staying at The Pink House

This property is the best equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in.

I cannot think of anything that we needed that was not provided.
