“We had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this property.”

The accommodation was excellent, and the location was perfect. The neighbours were friendly, and the TV package and Wi-Fi speed were fab. The only reason I'm giving 9/10 rather than 10/10 is for a few small improvements that would make future stays even better. The welcome folder was difficult to read because of the blue text, so using a darker font would make it much more accessible. It would also be helpful to have a clear notice explaining which day the bins are collected. As we stayed ...

As we stayed during warm weather, having fans readily available in the property would have been appreciated (fortunately we'd brought our own). Finally, a beach or garden umbrella would provide some welcome shade when sitting outside. Overall, these are only minor suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

“Our holiday in Felixstowe and our accommodation was excellent, Old Felixstowe cottage was very clean and comfortable, the only things we missed were more cooking utilities like small saucepan and smaller frying pan, but apart from that it was really lovely, you couldn't asked for a better position where the cottage was.”

“Beautiful home.”

Loved the ease of being able to find the property and the private parking they had was exceptional. It was only a 3 min walk to the Beach and a 10 min walk to stores. It was perfect for a weekend trip but we also would have stayed longer if personal plans would have allowed.

“Old Felixstowe is conveniently situated for town and beach.”

Nice to have the small enclosed garden if you have a dog with you. It’s beautifully decorated with some nice touches. Stairs are quite steep if you’re a bit older and less mobile. Also negotiating the beam in the main bedroom is interesting

“Lovely accomodation, it had everything we needed and more.”

“Such a lovely cottage!”

So close to beach and high street. With off road parking, and once parked we didn't drive again as everything is in walking distance. Love the vibrancy of the place (colour decor), it was clean and comfortable. Plus had all amenities like home from home. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
