“There is a constant draft from the kitchen cupboard vent.”

The heating is inadequate for winter weather, the backup fan heater drys out the air, and oil base radiator would be better, there is no thermostat control on the bedroom radiator. The sink in the shower bathroom is tiny too small to wash. There is no light switch at the bottom of the second set of stairs. The kitchen does not have adequate work surfaces, in place of the table should be a larder and slide out breakfast bar. The toaster is inadequate. Instructions on how to use the washing ...

The sink in the shower bathroom is tiny too small to wash. There is no light switch at the bottom of the second set of stairs. The kitchen does not have adequate work surfaces, in place of the table should be a larder and slide out breakfast bar. The toaster is inadequate. Instructions on how to use the washing machine and cooker would help. The table and benches for eating are uncomfortable. As it is winter earlier access to the property when still light would have been helpful. Having the heating on in the middle of winter would have been a comfort rather than having to wait three days for the house to warm up.
