The property

The Dunes is an absolutely luxurious, newly refurbished, pet friendly holiday home, positioned on the sandy dunes in Southwold, alongside the sea with the most amazing views from every window. The property boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, along with a living room with flame effect fire, cloakroom and bedroom with an en-suite. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a balcony offering uninterrupted sea views, there is then a family bathroom and en-suite shower room.There is a spacious garden with large seating area, perfect for taking in those special views. At the front there is parking for three cars. The property is the ultimate coastal escape for the whole family to enjoy. Ground Floor Entering the property in the beautiful open plan kitchen/dining area, with a large living space to your right. There is a super-king zip/link bedroom on this floor, with an en-suite shower room. In addition on the ground floor is a laundry cupboard, cloakroom, and large rear hallway with space for shoes and coats. Open Plan Kitchen/Dining Space This is very much the heart of the home, and a great space for family and friends to spend quality time together. The luxurious and stylish kitchen is very much a kitchen of dreams, with its bold colours and gorgeous marble style worktop. The kitchen includes a Delonghi gas oven, with 5 ring gas hob, integrated microwave, full height fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Living Space Located at the rear of the property, with the most stunning views across the dunes. This vast room has space for the whole family to enjoy. In the heart of the room is a three and two seater sofa, positioned to enjoy the 55'' Smart TV and stylish built in flame effect fire. To the rear of the room are two swivel arm chairs, designed for you move around to make the most of the views. There are also two comfy bean bags and spot lamp, the perfect children's corner. The room itself has an array of stunning artwork, lamps and soft furnishings to help create a warm and welcoming area for you to enjoy all year round. Bedroom 4 Located at the rear of the property, with french doors leading out onto the balcony with some of the beach views in Southwold, imagine waking up watching and listening to the sea! Bedroom 4 En-suite Shower Room This spacious room offers a Mediterranean vibe, with it's terracotta tiling and striking black details. There is a large walk in shower, WC, towel rail and gorgeous wash basin with mirror above and drawers beneath. Outside The Dunes benefits from a spacious garden located right on the dunes. There is a large patio area with two large outdoor sofas and large coffee table. A gate leads you out onto the dunes, and sea beyond. There is a BBQ available for use, so while not kick back and enjoy dining alfresco in the warmer months, all whilst listening to the sound of the sea. At the front of the property is off road parking for three cars, one is a drop curb and two are not. The property has an electric car charging point. Please note the owner is currently seeking planning permission to change upgrade the windows/doors, upgrade the driveway and to clad the property.

Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
